Initial One-Time Advisory Fee: AED 15,000
Covers my involvement from the initial stages until your Sales ans Purchase Agreement has been signed and purchase is finalized.
Includes my direct assistance in legal, financial, and communication matters related to your property investment.
The estimated hours spent during this process is around 20 hours.

Ongoing Support Package: AED 7,000/year
For off-plan investments that take 1-4 years to complete, you have the option to extend my advisory service on an annual basis after the initioal one time fee.
This ensures continuous oversight and assistance until your property is fully delivered.
